The latest EventsAir release (Version 16.5.1) is due to be rolled out from Monday, August 24, 2026 and includes various improvements and resolutions.

Go straight to the right report - search by name
Quickly find a report, even when you don't know which library it's in...
The new search box at the top of the Reporting Panel has got your back. This joins the other new “search” features in places like the Online Panel (when you have multiple interactive sites or attendee apps, or when you want to create a portal)…stay tuned for more.
Membership platform single sign-on = pre-filled registration sites (when using Attendee Verification)
After your members sign into your external membership platform, they can log in directly to your EventsAir registration site, including pre-filled details (when using both SSO and Attendee Verification). Talk to your Account Manager and our Integration Services team for more details.
Scroll when building apps and portals
When building Apps & Portals, the navigation and content sections now scroll independently, so you can see which tab you’re in even while working in areas with many settings options.
We've also improved stability and load times for portals that have a lot of users.
Attendee App
There is no scheduled Attendee App release for August 24.
⚒️ Issues fixed
Attendees Panel
If an invoice had been issued for a 'charge to another contact' item that was later canceled, the credit note showed an empty quantity. [Ref: AE-2121]
Payments made by another contact, and later removed from the paying contact’s record, couldn’t be opened in the audit trail of the second contact. [Ref: PE-2459]
Communications Panel
Merge Docs
Merge Docs using the Session Role Details component showed concurrent block times instead of the session's own times when 'override start/end time' was enabled. [Ref: AE-2108]
Tag Codes in the Communications filter category weren't listed in alphabetical order. [Ref: AE-2113]
Online Panel
Interactive (registration) sites
When a “Thank You” page included a Registration Confirmation element, the confirmation text wasn’t appending the attendee ID for EventsAir Pay users. [Ref: AE-2144]
If a site visitor was using browser translation, dropdown field options were being saved in the translated browser language. [Ref: AE-1454]
Part Logic based on an Accommodation Custom Field wasn’t respected by an HTML component in the Accommodation module. [Ref: AE-2143]
Apps & Portals
Abstract Workflow App
If no abstracts matched the applied presentation filters, the Abstract Book export loaded indefinitely. (It now shows an error message.) i [Ref: PE-2457]
The Auto Allocation tool allowed reviewers to be assigned to presentations where they were also an author or co-author. [Ref: PE-2458]
Group Accommodation Portal
The import guests process didn't work correctly if a hotel or room name contained a pipe character (|). [Ref: PE-2463]
Setup Panel – (wording change)
In Setup>Accounting>Accounts, the “Deactive Account” label has been corrected to “Inactive Account.” [Ref: AE-2087]
Other
If the Meeting Diary was set up and attached to a schedule, but later disabled for a registration type, timeslots associated with that schedule still appeared in reports. [Ref: PE-2460]
Certification Mode could be slow to load or navigate. [Ref: PE-2393]
