More search options - now in Exports & Import Data
Quickly find any field! (Standard & Comprehensive Exports, and Import Data)
Say goodbye to scrolling to find "Primary Email"...or anything, really)
We've added a new search option in Standard & Comprehensive Exports, AND in Import Data!
Shown above - In Exports, search anything, and you'll see number to show you how many times it appears in a column. Click the column header to jump you directly to the searched field. This joins other new search features added recently (Reporting Panel, Online Panel).
Shown below - in Import Data, quickly find the field to match your contact data import:
Attendee App
There is no scheduled Attendee App release for August 31.
⚒️ Issues fixed
Attendees Panel
The "Delete Contact" dialog didn't flag contacts who were a Session Sponsor, or who were on a Review Panel (either of which prevented contact deletion). [Refs: AE-2109, AE-2110]
Cloning (surveys with merge docs)
When an event was cloned, surveys with confirmation email Merge Docs didn't clone correctly. [Ref: PE-1142]
Communications Panel
If a temporary database connection error occurred while generating personalized attachments, Merge Doc communications wouldn't send. [Ref: AE-2145]
If a session included a sponsor with an uploaded company logo, Merge Docs wouldn't generate for contacts who had both a Session Role and a Presentation in that session. [Ref: PE-2485]
Express Actions Panel
Standard Export
Canceled registrations weren't included even when the "include cancellations" setting was enabled. [Ref: AE-2060]
Comprehensive Export
Data Marketing Tags and Custom Fields didn't display correctly if the field names contained square brackets []. [Ref: AE-2077]
If the same Port was enabled for both inbound and outbound travel, changes to Port selections wouldn't save [Ref: AE-2146]
Duplicate Finder
Merging a contact who was paying for another attendee's items changed the payment status on the owning contact record back to "Purchase". [Ref: AE-2179]
Online Panel
Apps & Portals
Portals could time out (not load properly) if there were a large number of users. [Ref: AE-2050]
Exhibition Portal
When using EventsAir Pay, linking to an Additional Paid Registration site with a Group component resulted in display errors. [Added contacts didn't show in the portal as new exhibitor group members]. Such sites are no longer available to select as the Additional Paid Registration site. [Ref: AE-2138]
Event Website (Modern)
We recommend you update/republish the website page for this:
Speaker data sometimes wouldn't load if there were many presentations (more than 150) within the same session. [Ref: PE-2496]
Interactive (registration) sites
Specific phrases entered into Marketing Tag text inputs, such as "and case report when", caused an error on the summary page and prevented registrations from being submitted. [Ref: AE-1001]
If a very large file was uploaded into a document-type Custom Field during registration, contact records sometimes weren't created . [Ref: AE-2124]
If a site visitor logged back into a site to add accommodation to an existing registration, accommodation discount codes didn't display correctly on the item, nor on Summary or Payment pages. [Ref: AE-2125]
Multiple bookings were created if the "book room" button was clicked several times in quick succession. [Ref: PE-2497]
Setup Panel
Presentations module
If the Presentations module was manually added to an event after cloning, the "enable concurrent sessions" checkbox couldn't be selected [Ref: AE-2133].
Exhibition & Sponsorship
The Additional Charges tab didn't appear on existing Exhibition or Sponsorship items if the Additional Charges preference was enabled after the item was added to the record. [Ref: AE-2076]
The Exhibition floor plan wouldn't save if a stand number was added more than once through cloning or copying and pasting. [Ref: PE-2456]
Registration types
Multiple registration types with the same name could be created if they were submitted at the same time. [Ref: AE-2182]
