Answers, graphs and analysis, and your Planner Assistant will even be able to undertake some EventsAir tasks for you.
With this new virtual assistant on your team, you can work smarter and faster than ever before, while staying in control. To get started, just click the new Assistant icon in the header menu bar.

Exports can now have User-Defined fields as column headers
Your event’s User-Defined fields (set up in the Contact module) can now be used as column headers in Comprehensive and Standard exports, so it’s easier to identify your data in exported files. [Ref: PE-2397]
Sponsorship exports – now include Date Booked & Date Confirmed
Standard and Comprehensive Exports for the Sponsorship module now include Date Booked and Date Confirmed fields, so you can track sponsorship timelines in more detail. [Ref: PE-2418]
Filter by Accommodation Discount Code
You can now filter contacts by Accommodation discount code used (aligning with this feature in Registrations and Functions). [Ref: PE-2450]

The event filter sheet didn't have enough padding on the right-hand side, which cut off drop-down arrows. [Ref: PE-2446]
Accounting Panel – Supplier Invoice Management
If the invoice currency was changed and then changed back, tax amounts on accrued supplier invoices were calculated incorrectly. [Ref: AE-2071]
Alerts Panel
Inventory bar colors and numbers didn't update correctly when sorting by item in Inventory Alerts. [Ref: AE-2084]
Attendees Panel
Accommodation
Accommodation transfer dates defaulted to an invalid value (01/01/0001), which stopped itinerary reports from running and prevented communications from being created. [Transfer dates are now required before saving.] [Ref: AE-2083]

Updating the Payment Status for a function fee type on a contact record could take too long for large functions, if the Table Allocation Floor Plan image was too big [REF: AE-2101]

The ‘This is Marketing’ checkbox in Communications wouldn't correctly exclude opted-out attendees if the search filter was changed while the checkbox remained selected. [Ref: AE-2080]
Express Actions Panel
Exports
Consent fields in exported reports displayed numeric values instead of descriptive text, which didn't match the web-published version of the same reports. [Ref: AE-2118]
Function Table Allocation
Two people could be allocated to the same seat simultaneously (for example if they both selected the same seat via a portal, at the same time) which prevented Table Allocation from working correctly. [REF: AE-2091]
Online Panel
Apps & Portals
Portals sometimes didn't clone correctly (into a cloned event) if they’d previously been deleted. [Ref: AE-2095]
Hotel Portal
‘Forgot password’ system emails didn't deliver correctly if a custom ‘send email from’ domain was configured in External Connections. [Ref: AE-2100]
Presentation Portal
Pressing Enter while editing a text Custom Field in the Additional Information section would incorrectly open a form validation page in a new browser tab. [Ref: AE-2081]
Event Website (Modern)
We recommend you update/republish the website page for this fix:
Long words or URLs in a contact bio weren’t wrapping correctly in the Speakers widget. [Ref: PE-2445]
Interactive (registration) sites
Display/labels – Modern theme sites only
If display logic was used to make a Function Fee Type the only one visible, a horizontal line and extra padding appeared above it. [Ref: AE-2086]
Registration options configured as radio buttons stayed expanded after being deselected. [Ref: AE-2097]
Groups
If a site visitor canceled a third-party payment and then retried the submission, group data could be lost. [Ref: AE-1655]
Accommodation
Hotel booking status was incorrectly changed from “Confirmed” to “Amended” if other registration details [i.e. not accommodation] were updated on the Summary page. [Ref: AE-2123]
EventsAir Pay powered by Stripe
Payer email addresses weren't appearing in the Stripe dashboard if card surcharges were enabled. [Ref: PE-2423]
Reporting Panel
The Itinerary report incorrectly included some items with a status of ‘Canceled Charged to Another Contact’ or ‘Canceled Group Inventory.’ [Ref: AE-2098]
The Average Weighted Score in the Presentation Review Status Report incorrectly included incomplete reviews, causing a mismatch with the Abstract Workflow App. [Ref: AE-2117]
The Total Outstanding field didn't display correctly in the Preview Viewer for Financial reports, even though it appeared correctly in the PDF preview. [Ref: AE-2082]
Setup Panel
Functions module
Changing a function registration to one that created linked contact records could create a duplicate contact if the original registration had ‘record guest names’ disabled. [Ref: AE-2068]

Presentations module

Other
AirCast interpretation-only sessions received video data unnecessarily. [Ref: AE-2120]
Large live poll exports sometimes didn't complete if the session had a high volume of responses. [Ref: AE-2115]
Session attendance records could be duplicated for a contact, which sometimes prevented check-ins via the Organizer App (especially if merged duplicate contacts registered for the same session). [Ref: AE-2090]
Event Setup Assistant was visible in Sandbox Mode (and could create Standard events). It should only be available in Standard Mode. [Ref: PE-2442]
