The latest EventsAir release (Version 16.3.12) is due to be rolled out from Monday, June 8, 2026 and includes various improvements and resolutions.

New-look communications panel – same features, easier to see
Save time, save clicks – and see ALL your merge docs and surveys at a glance.
The Communications Panel now opens on an expandable, full-width views for Merge Docs (the default), Status, Surveys, and Planned Comms, and a stats overview. All the Actions & calendar tools are still available, and the expanded Merge Docs and Surveys views include full tables with sorting, search, and creation tools.
We’ve also subtly added more working space across the platform, improving and simplifying headings on all screens, including removing duplicate headers on the Setup and Filter screens.
Find people based on secondary/alternative email
Search bar in the Attendees Panel can now access the “Additional Emails field
Now, it’s easy to find people even if you only know their secondary or alternative email address. (The “Alternative Emails” field on a contact record can include multiple email addresses separated by commas.)
Interactive Sites – Modern theme now available to all events
The Modern theme for Interactive (registration) sites is out of beta and is now generally available to all events.
If you haven’t yet checked out this streamlined design, optimized for all devices and more accessible than ever, you can now create new sites in Modern theme, or convert older ones. Read more about Modern theme Interactive sites

Alerts Panel - Accommodation Matrix
There are now clearer color distinctions between room occupancy levels (available, nearly full, and full).
When you filter by hotel, only dates with available rooms are shown on screen and included in exports.
Improved screen layout shows more hotel inventory data at a glance.
Interactive Sites (Modern theme) – design improvements
Accessibility: Image components now use the Description as alt text for site visitors using screen readers. [Ref: ISAU-1421]
Accommodation: Added a loading spinner when searching for accommodation, so site visitors get visual feedback while results are being retrieved. [Ref: ISAU-1138]
Marketing Tags: Improved the visual layout and labels for marketing tag checkboxes, menus, and radio button options. [Ref: ISAU-1400, ISAU-1390]
Cookie consent notification - minor visual updates. [Ref: ISAU-528]
Primary buttons now use the designated Label Color for text and icons. [Ref: ISAU-1188]
Excessive padding reduced - the bottom of registration pages. [Ref: ISAU-358]
Standardized the date and time formats across sessions, functions, accommodation, and travel components (for example, Nov 3, 2027 - 9:00 PM). [Ref: ISAU-1346]
Standardized the height of various form elements, including buttons and selection menus. [Ref: ISAU-746]
Event Website (Modern)
Settings - Custom Domain: DNS Settings now shows the specific subdomain as the host for custom domains (so it’s easier to give your DNS provider the required information). [Ref: PE-2137]
Agenda website widget – improved accessibility by refining the heading hierarchy and keeping keyboard focus within popups, for a more consistent experience for site visitors using screen readers or keyboard navigation. [Ref: PE-2110]
General improvements
Data handling on interactive site: Additional mechanisms and alerts to handle network or connection issues during site submissions, to ensure records are created correctly even if initial database commit isn’t successful. [REF: AE-1661]
Meeting Hub: Connection lists now load correctly and invites will send successfully, even if a related contact record has been deleted. [Ref: PE-2156]
Reviewer Portal: Abstracts now load correctly for portal users even if a reviewer's contact record has been deleted. [Ref: PE-2171]Presentations module - deleting a keyword also removes its link to any presentations, preventing errors when you open presentation details. [Ref: PE-2172]
Survey module - Improved data integrity for question responses (you have to create valid response values and any invalid records are cleaned up). [Ref: PE-2174]

⚒️ Issues fixed
Attendees Panel
A rounding error stopped refunds from being processed through the payment gateway for certain combinations of payable items and taxes. [Ref: PE-2146]
Communications Panel
Weekly recurrence for planned communications was scheduled and shown on the calendar for the day after the selected date. [Ref: PE-2157]
The dash between the event start and end dates in the <<EventDate>> merge field displayed as a replacement character (�) when used in HTML components. [Ref: PE-2187]
Dashboard
Quick Exports run from the dashboard didn't apply filters correctly (including data from records that should have been excluded). [Ref: PE-2151]
Online Panel
Event Website (Modern)
The Agenda website widget didn't display presentations when Show Presentation Status was set to 'All statuses' (rather than having all statuses individually selected). [Ref: PE-2162]
Interactive (registration) sites
Completed registrations were incorrectly marked as incomplete if an autologin token was opened in multiple browser sessions and one session was left unsubmitted. [Ref: AE-1691]
Concurrent session selections were removed if an attendee changed their registration type. [Ref: AE-1690]
Field labels for last name and email address could be disabled in the site builder even when those fields were required to create a guest record (which stopped the function from being submitted). [Ref: AE-1731]
If a merge doc was selected and then switched to an HTML email without clearing the original selection, the wrong communication type could be sent as a Submit Action [Ref: AE-1692]
Menu fields were hidden entirely when logic was applied to a specific option within the field. [Ref: AE-1698]
On sites built with the Modern theme, an unexpected space appeared between text and controls in the OnAIR and Attendee App Visibility section. [Ref: ISAU-1399]
On sites built with the Modern theme, the menu and Back button heights didn't match the Next button. [Ref: ISAU-1416]
On sites built with the Modern theme, various labels and buttons – including accommodation search results, hotel details, and sign-in fields – were missing localizations. [Ref: ISAU-1317]
Payment amounts calculated from credit card fees and taxes occasionally differed from the payment gateway by one cent (triggering an unbalanced payment alert). [Ref: AE-1689]
Refreshing the browser on the Thank You page kept site users signed in and let them process duplicate, unlinked payments through EventsAir Pay with Stripe. [Ref: PE-2131]
The site entered an endless loading loop when a Page Display Logic component was added without any rules configured. [Ref: AE-1668]
Meeting Diary App
The 'Cancel Meeting' button stayed visible and usable for portal users even after the 'Allow Meeting Cancellation Until' deadline had passed. [Ref: AE-1726]
OnAIR Portal
The OnAIR Analytics 'Successfully Signed In' report didn't show all attendees who had successfully signed in to the Attendee App. [Ref: AE-1721]
Pre-Scheduled Meeting Preference App
Existing meeting preferences for a main attendee were overwritten if the "Share Meeting Diary" option was enabled for a colleague with a linked record. [Ref: PE-2166]
Reviewer Portal
Equations and mathematical expressions were missing from the PDF when using the 'View Abstract as PDF' option. [Ref: PE-2152]
Setup Panel
Marketing: It was possible to create multiple marketing tags with the same name across different marketing groups, which caused selection and display problems in Interactive Sites and exports. [Ref: PE-2148]
Accommodation: Duplicate inventory dates appeared in the room inventory setup right after you saved changes to a room type limited to room inventory. [Ref: PE-2175]
General
Contact Custom Field values (Tag type) weren't retained when you loaded a saved filter. [Ref: AE-1724]
Google Analytics setup has been removed from all areas of EventsAir as these aren’t operational due to Google changes. [Ref: PE-2119]
Travel items - Passenger lists didn't keep their original order after saving or updating (causing them to display inconsistently in attendee records and reports). [Ref: AE-1725]
Smart Connector credit notes for Payment schedule reversals - a quantity value wasn’t included, which caused issues with some Smart Connectors. [Ref: PE-1213]
Certification mode
The Attendee App builder wouldn't load in Certification mode. [Ref: AE-1717]
