The latest EventsAir release (16.2.0) includes a number of improvements and resolutions to issues, as documented below. This release is due to be rolled out from Monday, June 23.

IMPROVEMENTS
New learning materials - EventsAir Academy (launching July 7)
This release includes behind-the-scenes updates that will allow you to access the new EventsAir Academy from July 7. Stay tuned for updates!
Attendee App accessibility updates - ongoing
We're continuing to improve accessibility features and in this release have updated keyboard navigation and focus visiblity (e.g. highlights to show where the user is on the screen) for the Up Next button (on the Home screen); the Meeting Hub list and Attendee Profiles in Meeting Hub; the My Photo component; and Agenda details. These improvements are available in Modern Theme apps, in both the HTML5 app and when a keyboard is attached to a mobile device.
Contact Locator (Global Tools)
Contact Locator now matches on partial text searches; it also now considers the search text and filter in combination.
Data management
Improvements to backend data management for deleted and archived events.
Interactive (registration) sites - Attendee Single Sign-on
The Account link in the interactive site footer has been removed for users who log in via Single Sign-On.

Accommodation
Group sub-block hotel bookings weren't deducting from Group Inventory correctly. (A hotfix was made available.)[REF: PE-1102]
If an event time zone was set to within 7 hours+ of UTC, specific accommodation dates were appearing incorrectly. (A hotfix was made available.) [REF: PE-1092]
Application Setup - External Connections
Switching between external connections and configurations was always prompting to save, even when no changes were made. [REF: AE-967]
Agenda
Agenda items were showing at incorrect times due to Daylight Saving changeover. [REF: PE-968]
Attendee App
In Modern Theme apps, Agenda items were appearing 30 mins early for a specific time zone (UTC +9.30). [REF: AE-803]
Advertising images were not displaying correctly. [REF: AE-972]
Contact Locator
Contact Locator wasn't always showing correct results when filtering by either Current or Past events. [REF: PE-989]
Communications
If a Planned Communication was initially set to ‘send automatically’, then later changed to 'queued', it was still sending automatically. [REF: AE-814]
Express Actions
Comprehensive Exports weren't working if a Contact Custom Field was placed first in the column order. [REF: PE-988]
Duplicate Finder - Visual error - the ‘clean up’ modal window wasn't scrolling to show the Confirmation buttons if the contact to be merged existed in too many events. [REF: PE-1006]
Financial/Accounting related
When using the Account Enquiry tool (Accounts Panel), an incorrect amount for currency adjustment (associated with a refund) was shown in the Currency Variation account. [REF: PE-967]
Invoices set to a group other than default couldn't be issued via the "email" option in Attendee Financials (Invoices). [REF: PE-998]
Invoices weren't showing invoice notes for travel items. [REF: PE-1037]
A tax created as a non-Accommodation type of tax could later be changed into an "Accommodation item" type of tax (e.g. Fixed Amount Per Person); this would result in an error on the registration site. [REF: PE-1036]
Correction to wording for refunds in multi-currency events - "Refund Issued" rather than "Payment Received". [REF: PE-1025]
Meeting Matching
The "block" button for Additional Meeting Diaries for Exhibitors wasn't working. [REF: API-806]
Even if the "block meeting times that conflict with Functions" feature in Registration preferences was set, it was still allowing meeting requests at blocked times. [REF: API-810]
OnAir Portal
The ‘export contacts’ function in the OnAIR portal wasn't working. [REF: PE-961]
Online - Interactive (registration) sites
Accommodation - edit bookings
Changes to "Edit booking" labels for registration sites (Accommodation) are now under Localization. These should be reconfigured if the accommodation booking labels were previously changed in the Details tab (in the Accommodation component). [REF: AE-363]
Confirmation emails
If no 'edit registration' email was set up on an interactive site, the confirmation email for a new registration would be sent when a registration was edited. [Now, the new registration email is sent only on first time using the site, and if 'edit registration' emails are enabled, these are sent each time the registration is edited.] [REF: AE-900]
Discount Codes
Including a space in the name of a Discount Code stopped it from working correctly. [REF: AE-949]
Logic
Part logic wasn't working when based on "document" type custom fields. [REF: AE-901]
Logic wasn't working when based on Marketing Tag "no option selected" input type. [REF: AE-903]
Logic wasn't working when based on a numeric input of "0". [REF: AE-904]
Page Display Logic based on Group Contact data fields wasn't working. [REF: AE-905]
Making changes to the Contact component after setting up Custom Field logic wasn't updating the logic options. [REF: AE-943]
Marketing custom fields
Marketing custom fields (if also part of a marketing tag) couldn't be updated via interactive registration site. [REF: AE-971]
Optional dropdowns
Optional dropdown lists had an asterisk (incorrectly indicating they were mandatory). [REF: AE-945]
Payment
If payment site didn't have a Contact component (was being accessed via Auto Login Token), surname wasn't being added to EventsAir Pay powered by Airwallex information. [REF: PE-900]
Group registrations could be submitted without selecting a payment option. (A hotfix was made available.) [REF: AE-991]
Reporting
The Travel report “Departure Transfers by Date/Time” wasn't showing flight numbers for linked flights. [REF: PE-1000]
