🚀 What's new?
Exhibitors and Sponsors website widgets are now available!
Exhibitors widget:
You can show/hide the search option, and choose to show or hide Exhibitor organization names, stand numbers, profile excerpts, brochures and different stand types.
Sponsors widget:
You can choose to show or hide organization names, brochures and different levels of sponsorship (i.e. sponsorship packages).
For either widget:
Rank headings are still set up in EventsAir.
You can group Exhibitors [Sponsors] by rank heading OR list/show all of them, in alphabetical order.
Website users can choose either grid or list view.
PLUS: Improvement to Agenda widget styling
Mobile navigation made easier - “Back to Agenda” button renamed "Close" for more intuitive interface.
Personalize registration with logic based on email domains!
Following on from the last release, where logic could be based on an email address, now you can use email “Ends With Domain(s)”, in email fields, as the basis of logic! You can even add multiple domains, separated by a comma or new line, and use this to fully tailor the registration experience.
Attendee Verification – extra features!
Enable Attendee Verification for existing event contacts (and event-linked Contact Store contacts)
Attendee Verification can now match registrants on an interactive site sign-in page to existing contacts in the event, AND to contacts in a linked Contact Store. If multiple matches are found (for example, in both the Contact Store and the event), the attendee sees an alert message to prevent duplicate logins. Read more about Attendee Verification here.
Can pre-fill custom sub-tag dropdowns
When an attendee is matched via an external database (e.g. CRM), a registration site can now pre-fill the correct information in a Contact custom field (sub-tag) dropdown box.
📌Other improvements
Recovered Registrations – more details in reporting
The Event Statistics report now includes “Recovered #” and “% Recovery” columns to show how many incomplete registrations were successfully recovered, helping you track the effectiveness of recovery communication strategies.
NOTE: An attendee is considered "Recovered" for this reporting purpose if they submit a completed registration more than 24 hours after being recorded as an incomplete registration.
