How do I start or get back to the EventsAir Academy learning program?

To start or resume your EventsAir Academy course, select "Learn" at the top right of your EventsAir page.

EventsAir Academy replaced Fast Track in July 2025.



EventsAir Academy is the online course that helps educate meeting planners, with course content covering all aspects of using the EventsAir platform, along with information about cyber security, PCI compliance, data privacy, data quality control and more.

Can I change the email address of my EventsAir Academy learning account? (Will this help if I'm having problems logging in?)

Updating your EventsAir user email address is the only way to update the email address associated with your Academy learning account.

If more than one person is sharing a learning account email address, and/or the email address has been re-used, this will create problems with logging in (and later, with validating your certification).

Each EventsAir user account should be allocated to a specific person and a unique email address (i.e. not "[email protected]" or "User1" etc).

We understand why a generic account may be convenient, but for security and PCI compliance reasons, our terms of service state that usernames cannot be shared, and therefore it’s important that each EventsAir user seat is allocated to a specific person who’ll be using the account. Re-using or sharing generic email addresses like [email protected] or [email protected] will create problems logging into the EventsAir Academy. This is because the email address is already linked to another user’s learning record, and the existing account will block the creation of new learning account.

To prevent or resolve such issues, ensure every EventsAir user has a unique email address (and user name). For example, [email protected] as the email address and FirstName.LastName as the user name.
