Interactive Sites — Modern theme (public beta)
The new Modern theme for Interactive Sites is now available in beta release!
You can choose Modern theme for your Interactive Sites for events created from September 2025 onwards. (Ask Support to help if you'd like this feature switched on in older events, so you can convert previously created sites to Modern theme if needed.)
Air Intelligence
Air Intelligence — EventsAir’s suite of AI-powered assistants — launched on April 21, 2026. The suite includes Content Assistant (read more here), Attendee Assistant (available now in Beta release - AI chat built into the Attendee App that helps your attendees get instant answers about sessions, venues, schedules, and more).
Additional assistants are on the way, including Planner Assistant (coming soon), which will let you ask questions directly across your live and historical event data.
📌Other improvements
Interactive site builder loading times have also been improved significantly (especially for sites with many components/images. [Ref: PE-1596]

This release includes security and usability improvements and fixes.

Online Panel
Interactive (registration) sites
Payable items already on a contact record were deselected if component logic in the site was dependent on both a dropdown value and another value. [Ref: AE-1601]
Tax calculations failed to display on the registration summary page if the site currency was different to the event currency. [Ref: AE-1603]
Checkbox custom fields failed to retain their default “checked” status when display logic was applied. [Ref: AE-1600]
Setup Panel
One-day events - In some time zones, it wasn't possible to create single-day events (an error message said the end date couldn't be equal to the start date). [Ref: PE-1984]
Financial - payment types - A confirmation dialog box incorrectly appeared when closing the screen after successfully creating a new card payment method. [Ref: PE-2004]

Sponsorship bookings created or updated via the Sponsorship Portal App were not triggering the Event.SponsorshipBooking.Created or Event.SponsorshipBooking.Updated webhooks. [Ref: API-1412]
Exhibition bookings created or updated via the Exhibition Portal App were not triggering the Event.ExhibitionBooking.Created or Event.ExhibitionBooking.Updated webhooks. [Ref: API-1411]
Three new webhook event types are now available:
Event.Survey.Responded (for both general and session surveys); Event.Meeting.Created and Event.Meeting.Updated (for meetings created or updated via registration bookings, exhibition bookings, and direct GraphQL API); and Event.MeetingPreference.Created, .Updated, and .Deleted (from both the UI and GraphQL API flows).
