Some components in the Attendee App - namely, Event Notes and [Agenda] Session Notes - let attendees export information (i.e. send it as a document to themselves, via email).
Attendees can also export their Meeting Hub contacts from the Attendee App (as an Excel spreadsheet).
The default sender email for all of these is
...but you can change it if you want to.
To change the default sender details for Meeting Hub contacts, go to the Attendee App builder (in the Meeting Hub component).
To change the default sender details for Event Notes / My Session Notes, go to Event Preferences, External Connections, under "Attendee App & OnAir Communications".
IMPORTANT: The "from" email domain you enter here needs to be valid. (It should match the "Send email from" domain in your event's External Preferences set up.)
If you're not using the normal EventsAir SendGrid email domain in your event, you'll need to ensure that your SMTP server accepts the "From" email domain you've entered here. (You may need to check this with your email provider, and test it.)
