In EventsAir, not all data fields can be available for all badge types (as the amount of data would cause issues in the name badge editor). The type of badge you choose determines the available data fields.
To add table numbers to a name badge, the badge type must be either Function Attendee or Function Guest.
[In other words, if you use a different badge type, the "TableNumber", "TableName" and "SeatNumber" data fields won't be available.]
To add any or all of these fields to your badge, follow the same process you would for editing a name badge and search for the correct data field, then drag it into your badge design.
NOTE: Don't add the field "Table Allocation Enabled" as this will just result in the word "True" appearing on your badges. (That field just says whether or not the feature is enabled for that function.) Choose the correct badge type to prevent this.
If you want Table Allocation details AND Registration type on a badge
Since specific badge types only have access to specific kinds of data, there's no specific badge type that can access both of these.
The workaround for this would be to export Table Allocation details (table number and seat number), and manually import them into the correct records, as a custom contact field.
Then you'd add the custom field to the name badge.
If you used this method and were NOT recording guest details, (only hosts' details), then no badge would print for the guests.
