Change the existing stand on the exhibitor’s record from a stand type to a stand number.
Be sure to change the existing stand on their record - don’t create a new one or the scanned leads will be lost.
If leads are missing in the Attendee App, exhibitors and staff should also:
Ensure they press the 'Submit' button after scanning a lead.
Check internet connectivity, as submission requires an active connection.
