Why are some attendees not visible in the Attendee App?

If your Attendees aren't visible in the Attendee App:

  1. Open your Attendee App Builder and find the Attendee Search component.

  2. Check the Selected Records setting to make sure there are no filters set that exclude your attendees from the Attendee Search.

  3. Be sure the attendee hasn't chosen to anonymize their details.

Note: Attendees must have a Registration Type on their record to be visible in the Attendee Search.
