🚀 Improvements

Attendee Assistant data dashboards

You can now add Attendee Assistant analytics widgets to your Event Dashboard. These display overall engagement with the Assistant, along with answer rates by topic, so you can track Assistant engagement and topic coverage for this event. This can help you update the Assistant's information as needed (e.g. if certain topics aren't being answered by the available information).

The Attendee Assistant can also now access the My Agenda component!

⚒️ Issues fixed

Alerts/News

  • Push notifications for news and alerts didn't trigger sound or vibration on iPhones. [Ref: AE-1771]*

  • The alert counter badge didn't display on the navigation bar of the modern Attendee App if the alerts component was one of the first five items. [Ref: AE-1770]

Attendee Assistant localization

  • The Attendee Assistant settings didn't include options to localize all default text labels, such as the AI disclaimer and capability descriptions. [Ref: AI-613]

Banner images

  • Saving the Attendee App configuration would sometimes not work, displaying a "content too large" error. [Ref: AE-1832]*

Custom Branded Apps

  • Custom branded app order statuses were incorrectly copied when cloning an event, which prevented new branded app orders for the cloned event. [Ref: AE-1831]*

My Agenda component

  • The My Agenda screen in the Attendee App would occasionally appear empty for logged-in users. [Ref: AI-704]

Style settings

  • If the event name was removed from the Attendee App in Modern style settings, the name was automatically re-added when the app builder was reopened. [Ref: AE-1768]*

*NOTE: These fixes require EventsAir 16.4.2.
