Usually this is because the abstract or paper has a theme or presentation type that doesn't match the Presentation Portal settings.

1. Go to the Online Panel and open the Presentation Portal.

2. Click on the Settings tab.

3. Scroll down and review the Available Presentation Types and/or Available Themes.

4. Select the presentation type or theme that's missing.
