How do I give you access to my app developer accounts?

For us to manage your custom branded app(s), we need access to your Apple & Google Developer accounts.

These must be Organization Developer Accounts, not personal Developer Accounts.

Apple Developer Account Access

Assuming you've already created your Apple Developer Account [Organization, not personal]:

Once in this window, add a new user:

  • Username: “Apps EventsAir”, [email protected]

  • Under “Roles”, check the box for “Admin”

    • Under “Additional Resources”, you'll see a number of checkboxes are enabled

  • Click Next, and finally click the Invite button.

You also need to request "Team Keys" access, if you haven't already done so:

  • Under "Users and Access", got to the Integrations tab
Look for App Store Connect API in the left-hand panel

  • Click the "Request Access" button [in the screenshot below, this is grayed out, because only the Account Holder can do it]

Google Developer Account Access

Assuming you've already created your account, sign in to Play Console.

[Go here to get started if you're not sure:

From the tabs on the left, click on “Users and Permissions”

...then in "Manage users", select the three dots menu, and select "Invite new users"

Enter the email address [email protected] and under “Account Permissions”, check the box for "Admin".

The following boxes should be checked:

Click the “Invite User” button at the bottom of the screen.
