Can I see all my old support tickets?

More about the support changeover (November 2024) and where to see tickets you submitted earlier

If possible, any EventsAir support tickets you submitted between October 2023 and November 2024 will be shown in the Help chat window, below any new tickets you submit.

Even if your individual tickets aren't available here, you may also be able to see tickets submitted for your company using the Ticket Portal on the Help Page.

There may be some cases where you can't see previous tickets through these methods (e.g. where tickets have been archived, or where the volume of tickets and/or number of users for your EventsAir alias has made this impractical; or where we need more time to match your ticket data).

In so, you can also log in to the previous support portal: https://support.eventsair.com/ which is now read-only; you can't lodge any new tickets here, but you can see those you've lodged up to twelve months previously.
