AIRDrive - Photos in zipped folders

What was the problem?

  • AIRDrive downloads didn’t always include images.

  • Images uploaded via an interactive site (e.g. photos) are included in zipped files downloaded from AIRDrive.

  • Filtering and selection process is faster.

  • Load time for large data sets has been reduced.

All modules - Invoices (improvements)

  • IMPROVEMENTS

  • You can now generate an invoice as a file without needing to email or print it - this option is available in Express Actions > Issue invoices.

  • Invoices are generated more quickly.

  • There's a progress indicator.

Attendee App - Custom Branding information

What were the problems?

  • Blank quoted price for a custom attendee app (in app builder on first attempt to create an app).

  • Wording wasn’t clear.

  • Costs for custom branded apps now appear correctly.

  • Relevant text is bold and underlined for clarity.

Attendee Panel - Presentation Module

What were the problems?

  • Information manually added to Custom Fields, under an Attendee’s Presentation Item, was not saving.

  • When updating reviews (from Attendee Panel > Presentations), there was an intermittent issue with saving.

  • Data entered into Custom Fields under an Attendee’s Presentation item will save successfully.

  • Updated reviews added via the Attendee Panel > Presentation Item will work as expected.

Attendee Search - Contact Store, Custom Field Filter

What was the problem?

  • When trying to use Contact Search > Select Contact Store, the Contact Custom Field filter wasn’t displaying.

  • Filtering by Contact Custom Fields in a Contact Store (when searching for a contact in Attendees) works as expected.

Credit Card Vault - Unclear error message

What was the problem?

What's been fixed (what you'll now experience)

  • No error message (explanation) when trying to retrieve expired details from the credit card vault.

  • A more detailed error message is displayed, explaining the issue.

Express Actions - Function Table Allocation (Seat colors)

What was the problem?

  • Colors on allocated table seats weren’t showing after allocations were applied.

  • After applying seat allocations, seat colors display correctly.

Express Actions - Importing data with Marketing Tags

What was the problem?

  • Importing data in Express Actions failed if no Sub-Tag type was selected (when trying to add Marketing Tag type ‘with Sub-Tag’).

  • Import won’t go ahead until a Sub-Tag has been selected.

Financial - Multi-Currency

What was the problem?

  • Unissued Invoices in a different currency would not print or email from the Attendee Panel. (However, Express Actions - Issue Invoices still worked.)

  • Invoices in a currency other than the event currency can now be successfully re-issued using either method (Express Actions or Attendee Panel).

Function Discount Codes (Interactive sites only)

  • Trying to use a Function Discount Code starting with a number (rather than a letter) would prevent someone completing their registration on an interactive site.

  • Function discount codes can now start with a number.

Function Guests - 'Guest of' payment status

What was the problem?

  • Packages allowed function tickets with a payment status of “Guest of” but didn’t link to the right attendee record.

  • The ‘Guest of’ payment status is no longer visible for functions within Packages.

Interactive Sites

What were the problems?

ACCOMMODATION FILTERS

  • Repeated removal of zeroes (when setting up Accommodation search filters) resulted in an error.

  • You can save the interactive site builder successfully, even after repeated removal of zeroes in filter/search options in Accommodation module.

IMAGES IN CUSTOM FIELD DOCUMENT TYPE

  • Images uploaded to an Interactive Site via Custom Field Document weren’t displayed properly.

  • Images can be opened as normal (by clicking on them) when uploaded as a Custom Field Document to an Interactive Site.

MARKETING TAG - SUBMIT (CONTACT STORE)

  • In specific situations, the Edit Registration/Submit Action ‘Data – Create’ tool on an interactive site wouldn’t work (and as a result, a Marketing Tag in Contact Store wasn’t added).

  • Interactive Site Builder should still function as expected even when multiple Marketing Sub Tags have been created.

MEMBERSHIP NUMBER

  • Interactive Sites didn’t correctly load the Registration type based on Membership type when an attendee used their name/password login.

  • An attendee using a name/password login for an interactive site can see their correct registration (based on linked Membership Contact Store data).

SIGN-IN PAGE DISPLAY

  • Sign-in fields were in narrow columns and not evenly spaced in some browsers.

  • Interactive site sign-in fields display correctly in Chrome, Edge, Firefox.

WAITLIST PAYMENT STATUS (SOME MODULES)

  • Interactive site builder would fail to load after using the ‘clear selection’ option in Waitlist Payment Status (in Registrations, Accommodation, Travel, or Functions).

  • ‘Clear selected’ is no longer an option for Waitlist Payment Status (can be cleared manually or set to another value via the dropdown menu).

Member Contact Store - Fee Type date display

What was the problem?

  • When setting a Recurring Charge, dates displayed before field names in Member Contact Store - Membership Fee Type.

  • Membership Fee Type - Payment Start Date and End Date now display correctly.

OnAIR (Interpreters' volume)

What was the problem?

What's been fixed (what you'll now experience)

  • In AIRCast sessions where interpretation was enabled, only Main Volume Control was working.

  • Live Volume Control box works correctly in all AIRCast sessions.

Portals - Date fields

What was the problem?

What's been fixed (what you'll now experience)

  • Some portals were able to be created with empty date fields, causing errors later.

  • When creating a Presentation Portal, Group Accommodation Portal & App, or Meeting Diary, you need to fill in empty date fields before saving.

Quick Exports - URL of report

What was the problem?

What's been fixed (what you'll now experience)

  • Unexpected changes to the URL for Standard or Comprehensive Export (in Express Actions).

  • The URL for web-published Standard or Comprehensive Exports is now the same whether it’s just been created or is reviewed later.

Global reports (from EventsAir opening screen)

What was the problem?

What's been fixed (what you'll now experience)

  • Trying to run specific global reports resulted in crashes. (This wasn't an issue in Reporting panel, only from the EventsAir opening screen - Global reports.)

  • You can run Custom Reports using the Multiple Options type.

Reports - Contact Module (selected reports)

What was the problem?

What's been fixed (what you'll now experience)

  • Errors with selected reports (Contact Module).

  • All reports in Contact module now run as expected.

Set-up - User access

What was the problem?

What's been fixed (what you'll now experience)

  • In Application Setup, trying to set permissions for non-administrator users sometimes resulted in an error (if no users were set to Office Administrator).

  • Access permissions for non-administrator users works as expected, even when “Allow all users to access this event” is unchecked.

Travel items - not displayed correctly

What were the problems?

  • Travel items were listed last in My Agenda, merge docs and reports (regardless of time).

  • In specific Attendee Reports and itineraries, some travel times showed in the wrong order; some local time zones showed incorrectly.

  • Travel items now appear as they should, based on what time they occur.

  • Travel segments now display correctly and adhere to local time zones.
