Your event Project Management tool
There are three ways to view Project Manager:
Grid (the default) - this is the view where you can create new tasks, set ranking order, and set hierarchies for projects and tasks (indent or outdent).
Cards (view by status or team member; drag and drop tasks into different status columns or team member columns. You'll need to go back to Grid view and press the Refresh button to see the updated details).
Calendar (hover on a task name to see its dates, click on it to see full details.)
The Filter icon opens a panel that lets you narrow the view by Project(s), Task or Note text, Team Members, Status, Start Date range, Due Date range, and/or Milestone status (completed or not).
Grid View
The Grid View is a completely interactive display of each project, task and subtask. You can edit task fields directly within the grid - click into a cell to change details. Project row dates aren't editable as these are set automatically based on task dates.
Quick Edit Menu - also called the Hamburger Menu (three horizontal lines), you can perform essential functions such as:
Add Task Above
Add Task Below
Outdent/Indent this task (changes task hierarchy e.g. to create a sub-task)
To Outdent or Indent a Project, highlight the project name and use the "Outdent" or "Indent" buttons above the grid.Edit

Rank - you can enter a number ranking in this column which can be used to sort by rank
Items - the actual project name, task or subtask. You can edit these inline, or select Edit from the hamburger icon on the far left.
Team Members - the name(s) of the team member(s) assigned to this project or task.
Status - the status of the task or subtask.
Progress - the progress percentage for the task or subtask.
Start/End - the start and end dates for each task or subtask, using the calendar tool. [You can alter dates here but not times - you need to select the hamburger icon to the left of each task, then choose "Edit" to change start or end times for tasks.] Project start and end dates are visible but not editable - they're inherited from the first and last task in the project.
Note - you can enter a note for each project, task or subtask here.
Email Reminders - checking this for a specific project will email a project reminder to the Project Manager.
Milestone - checking this will enable Milestone Increments for each task or subtask.
Milestone Alert - checking this box will enable Milestone Alerts.
Alert Level and Message - if you have selected Milestone Alerts, you can choose the Milestone Alert level as well as enter the Milestone Alert Message here.
Milestone alerts are sent if a task isn't completed by the end date.
Custom Fields - any custom fields you've set up for Project Manager (in the Setup Panel, Custom Fields) will be displayed inline here.
Cards View
The Cards View lets you see projects, tasks and subtasks as individual cards that can be dragged and dropped within different status categories, which are:
Not Started
On Hold
Deferred
In Progress
Completed
You can also see all cards sorted by Team Member.
Using Project Manager Cards
Clicking on any card will jump to the detail and setup options for the selected task.
Elements shown on the cards are:
Task or Subtask name
Assigned team member
Start and end dates of the task or subtask
Project name that the task or subtask is assigned to
Other Project Manager features:
Add a new Project [Use the +New Project button] - note that project start and end dates are not set here; they'll adjust automatically according to tasks in the project.
When a project is highlighted in Grid, the +Add Task button adds a task.
Under the Project Manager Actions button, you'll find:
Re-Assign Team Members
Re-Assign Task Dates
Import
Export to Excel
You can read more here about how to use features in the Project Manager. These icons are available at the top left and far right side of the Project Manager panel.
