All EventsAir tools, utilities, and processes are designed to help you become more efficient in managing your events. Let's take a look at some specific tools that help you manage data and perform key tasks you may need to do frequently:
-Express Actions offers many different options so you can take actions in bulk, quickly import and export data, and much more.
-Attendee Tools allow you to quickly perform key tasks and processes within an individual attendee's record.
2A.9.1.1 Data Management in Express Actions
Many of the utilities found in Express Actions focus on working with your data in bulk. These data management tools let you make changes, additions, deletions or cancellations to any number of selected records, and you can also review your entire database for duplicate records.
Be mindful that bulk actions CANNOT be undone.

2A.9.2.1 Event Processes in Express Actions
On the right side of the Express Actions panel you will find Processes, which are designed to make it easy to perform some key database processes.

- PDF Merge Docs

When working with individual attendee data records, some very useful tools and utilities are found on the right-hand side of the Attendees Panel. Selecting the Attendee Tools icon (spanner) will allow you to perform actions for the currently displayed attendee record. Watch the video below to find out about how to use these tools:
