ISSUE AFFECTING LOGIN - MARCH 26 2025

We’re currently aware of an issue affecting access to the login page for some users, which may result in the page taking longer than usual to load or appearing stuck.


The issue is related to browser caching following a recent update. Our team is actively investigating the root cause and exploring long-term solutions to prevent this from happening again.

Clearing your browser cache should fix the problem:

  1. Right-click anywhere on the EventsAir page

  2. Select Inspect

  3. In the menu bar, click the >> symbol and select Application

  4. Under “Storage,” click Clear Site Data

  5. Refresh the page and try logging in again

Alternatively, switching to a different browser (such as Microsoft Edge or Firefox) may also resolve the issue.
