What's an API?
An API (Application Programming Interface) allows different software applications to communicate with each other. Think of it as a bridge that connects various software systems, enabling them to interact and exchange data, allowing for more integrated and automated workflows.
For example, when an attendee registers for an event, their information is automatically updated across your CRM, marketing automation platform, and payment gateway.
The EventsAir public API is built using GraphQL, offering greater speed and flexiblity than a REST API.
Off-the-shelf EventsAir integrations - Smart Connectors
With EventsAir as your source of truth, your data can be securely synchronized and updated with other systems you use. Smart Connectors are available to integrate your EventsAir data with many other popular CRMs, accounting systems, and more - and we're building more all the time. We manage the setup, maintenance, and monitoring for you. For more information, please talk to your account manager.
Building your own integrations using the EventsAir public API
If you'd prefer, you can use the EventsAir API to create your own integration. This requires technical expertise and familiarity with APIs. To leverage the full capabilities of our API, you’ll need a developer or access to technical resources. Please talk to our Support team for more information. Please note you must be a developer working with an existing EventsAir customer to access our public API, and terms and conditions apply.
